Privacy

What we collect

• Your account — name, email, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) or your Google sign-in.
• Your TikTok data — when you connect a TikTok account through TikTok's official Login Kit, and only with your explicit consent, we read what you authorize via TikTok's API: your basic profile (display name, avatar) and profile details (bio), your account statistics (follower, following, like, and video counts), and your list of posted videos with their captions and public performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares). We access this data solely to analyze your content and give you insight, in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service.
• Drafts you show Dalia — videos you upload for a read are processed to produce the verdict and stored so Dalia can compare later versions and track outcomes.

What we do with it

• Analyze your content to give you verdicts, research, ideas, captions, and account insights — that's the product.
• Track the real outcomes of what you post so Dalia's calls stay honest and get sharper for your account.
• Nothing else. Your TikTok data is used only to provide the service to you.

What we never do

• We never post to your TikTok, and we never request posting permission — Dalia writes your captions and you post them yourself in the TikTok app.
• We never sell your data, share it with advertisers or any third party, or use your content to promote anything.
• We never train public or shared models on your private drafts or your TikTok data.

Where it lives, and how long

Account data and analysis results are stored with Supabase (hosted in Canada, ca-central-1). Video processing runs on our own infrastructure. We keep a minimal visit log (time, page, IP) for security and reliability — no ad trackers, no third-party analytics, no cookies beyond your own session. We retain your TikTok data only while your account is active and you have TikTok connected; when you disconnect TikTok or delete your account, the associated TikTok data is deleted.

Your control

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time, which immediately stops all data access; you can also revoke Dalia's access directly from your TikTok account settings. To delete your account and all associated data — including all TikTok data — email us and it's done: [email protected].
