Terms of use
The service
Dalia is an AI manager for social media accounts: she reads your content before you post, researches your space, and tracks what happens after. Dalia is currently in beta — free while it lasts, provided as-is, and evolving fast. Features may change, and occasional downtime happens.
Honest expectations
Dalia gives calls, not guarantees. Her "don't post" call is right about 9 times in 10 on held-out data; her positive calls are informed bets, never promises. How any single video performs also depends on distribution luck no one can see in advance. You always decide what to post — Dalia never posts publicly on your behalf without your explicit action.
Your content
Everything you upload or connect stays yours. You grant us only the access needed to run the service: reading your TikTok data you've authorized, and processing the drafts you show her. See our privacy policy for exactly what we collect and what we never do.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Don't upload content that's illegal or that you don't have rights to.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dalia and its creator are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the performance of any content you post. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service — which, in beta, is nothing.
Ending things
You can stop using Dalia and delete your account at any time (email us). We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.
